The 3-room apartment "Kirchplatz 1" is located on the ground floor of the Residence KIRCHPLATZ, in Via Heideck, 2 in Sesto/Moso.

Minimum stays
- In high season we only accept bookings with a minimum stay of 7 nights.
- During low season the minimum stay is 3 nights.
Children and extra beds
- All children are welcome.
- The bedrooms in the apartments offer space for up to an additional bed or cot.
- Extra bed or cot available only on prior request to arrival and must be confirmed by us.
- For each person in extra bed will be charged € 20.00 per night.
City tax
- To the apartment prices in Sesto and San Candido have to be added the city tax of € 2.50 per person (from 14 years) per day.
To the apartment prices in Dobbiaco have to be added the city tax of € 3.20 per person (from 14 years) per day.
Pets
- We accept pets only on request in the apartments "Faloria", "Cristallo" and "Tofana".
- No pets are allowed in all other apartments.
- The cost is € 15.00 per night per pet.
- People who are allergic to pets, please inform us at the time of booking!
Conditions to confirm the booking
- To definitively confirm the booking must be paid a deposit of 30% of the total amount.
- We kindly ask you to settle the invoice upon your arrival.
- Of course, the hotel bill may also be paid in advance by bank transfer (including the City Tax).
Conditions for cancellation policy
- Up to 90 days before arrival we don’t ask penalty.
- From 31 days to 89 days before we charge 30% of the booked stay.
- Up to 30 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure or no-show is calculated 100% of the entire cost.

Drop-apartment | final cleaning
- We ask € 60.00 for the final cleaning in each apartment ("Mulino" € 70,00).
- If the apartment will not be released in order, we charge additional € 50.00.
Linen and cleaning during the stay
- You can request a fresh linen set (sheets and towels) and / or cleaning during your stay.
Costs for one fresh linen set: € 15.00
Cost for cleaning the apartment during your stay: € 30.00 - € 50.00 - If your stay lasts two or three weeks, you will receive the fresh linen set automatically every 7 days for free.
Access to the apartments
- We would like to inform our valued guests that in case of need or emergency our caretaker and/or other professional staff have access to your apartment, also during your absence.
